Tsinghua Global Youth Dialogue (TGYD) is a global platform for youth leaders and international programs of Tsinghua. It aims to establish an exchange network between Tsinghua and global youth leaders, empowering youths through practical experiences, and fostering mutual understanding and cooperation for global ecosystem. Supervised by the Center for Global Competence Development at Tsinghua and coordinated by the TGYD Secretariat, it has launched a series of successful branded innovation events, summer exchange dialogues and overseas practical activities, etc. TGYD aims to lay the groundwork for global youth network and cooperation hubs to address global challenges, thriving for a prosperous international youth organization.

The Outreach Department,  as one of the core departments of TGYD, is committed to building a network of global youth representatives and international organizations, maintaining a bridge of  and exchange network between Chinese and foreign youth. It also promotes mutual learning and common growth among young people around the world by regularly organizing a series of dialogue activities such as Youth Talk. At present, the Outreach Department has established a global youth representative network of more than 100 youth representatives from more than 40 countries on seven continents, and has established a global partnership network with over 50 international organizations around the world. In the future, we will continue to expand the network in various activities, promote the growth of TGYD's brand influence in the exchanges, and contribute the wisdom of Chinese and foreign youth to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

As the core department responsible for planning and executing TGYD activities, the Activities Department is committed to creating a diversified youth exchange platform that spans disciplines and fields. We aim to build a bridge between Chinese and foreign youths, deepen their understanding of global issues, and broaden their international perspective. Through diversified academic and cultural exchange activities, we aim to enhance young people's awareness of global issues and cutting-edge technologies, stimulate cross-border and interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation, and expand the brand influence of TGYD.

TGYD Communication Department is primarily responsible for the branding and promotion of TGYD. We have established an experienced, well-structured, and highly influential promotion system that utilizes a wide range of channels, including WeChat groups, official accounts and international social media platforms, to build a strong brand and association image across multiple fields, dimensions, and levels.

TGYD Practice & Deep Dive Department is dedicated to building bridges between Chinese and international youth through a series of multi-level and comprehensive practical activities focused on“civilization innovation, civilization development, and civilization communication.”Our department aim to foster common growth among young people in social practice and cultural exchanges, cultivate a global perspective, and empower future leaders.

As the key department responsible for transforming TGYD's practical outcomes into impactful research, the Research Department focuses on producing cutting-edge studies related to global youth sustainable development and students' global competencies. Drawing from TGYD's series of activities and extensive international network, we have already published the "Top 10 Issues of Tsinghua Youth Global Concern" research report. We are going to delve deeper into topics such as the global perspectives of Chinese youth, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence. We aim to publish special editions of TGYD, contributing the voices and efforts of young people in addressing global challenges and advancing the vision of a shared future for humanity.
