Tsinghua-Politecnico di Milano Joint Master's Program

Program Overview
Launched in September 2011, this joint program encourages the cultivation of interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary studies. The professional research direction is in the field of Interior Design.
This program is open to students enrolled in fields including design art, graphics theory, introduction to environmental art design, Chinese traditional furniture research, professional practice, and professional training courses. Tuition is waived for enrolled students.
The program's students study and do research under the guidance of a mentor group comprising both faculties in the partner universities. Upon satisfaction of degree requirements, a Master of Arts degree and a Master of Science and Engineering degree will be awarded by Tsinghua University and Politecnico di Milano respectively.
To date, there have been 29 students enrolled in the program --16 Chinese and 13 overseas students.
