Tsinghua-National Tsing Hua University Joint Master’s Program

Program Overview
Tsinghua University and National Tsinghua University established a joint master program in 2010. The program is aimed at advancing academic exchanges and collaborations between the partner universities and pooling collective efforts to train high-caliber students.
The partner universities, on a yearly basis, exchange up to 10 students who stay in the host university a whole year for study and research. Upon completion of the degree requirements of both universities, students would be awarded master’s degrees by both institutions.
So far there have been three departments, the Department of Industrial Engineering, the School of Materials Science and Engineering and
the Department of Engineering Physics engaged in the program.

Program Highlights
1)Students do research under joint supervision of both faculties;
2)Degree certificates are issued by partner universities upon satisfaction of degree requirements of both universities;
3)Graduates’ employment opportunities are expected to increase on mainland,Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macau.
