全球难民危机： 国际关系与人道主义响应的挑战

大卫·米利班德是国际救援委员会的主席和执行总监，该机构负责在30多个国家的救援和发展行动。本次讲座，他将讨论为什么无数逃离战火之人成为难民，人们可以如何帮助他们，以及难民危机对国际关系的影响。他也会针对难民营和难民接收国遇到的实际问题，以及难民危机对多边国际体系的影响发表自己的见解。

David Miliband is President of the International Rescue Committee, a US based global humanitarian charity. He will discuss why there are record numbers of people fleeing from conflicts today, how they can be helped, and what are the implications for international relations. He will talk about practicalities facing refugees and the states hosting them, but also about the implications for the multilateral system.



主持人HOST：达巍 Da Wei
达巍是国际关系学院校长助理、教授、博士生导师，兼任国际政治系主任、国际战略安全研究中心主任，目前是清华大学战略与安全中心客座研究员。达巍的主要研究领域是中美关系、美国对亚太地区的外交与安全政策等。

Da Wei is a professor and the assistant president of the University of International Relations (UIR) in Beijing.Professor Da Wei’s research expertise covers China-US relations and US security & foreign policy, particularly in Asia-Pacific region. He is an adjunct senior fellow at Center for International Security and Strategy of Tsinghua University, and editorial board members of several leading academic journals in China.
