总体概况

Overview 

     2021年4月9日晚19:00-21:00，由清华大学研究生会主办，机械工程系研究生分会和工程物理系研究生分会联合承办的第35期iTalk 跨国择业经验分享会于清华大学李兆基科技大楼B570成功举办。

    本次活动以“在清华，观世界，论未来”为主题，由工程物理系2020级博士陆心怡主持，邀请清华大学苏世民学院2017级硕士生虞宙、清华大学社会科学学院心理学系2019级硕士生小林美奈（日本）、清华大学2019级经管学院硕士生美李进（乌克兰）三位嘉宾以及特邀嘉宾北京炜业文化科技有限公司董事长周大炜，分享他们的跨国择业就业的经历和心得，共有30余人次参与本次活动。

  At 19:00-21:00 on the evening of April 9, 2021, sponsored by the Graduate Union of Tsinghua University, and jointly organized by the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Union and the Engineering Physics Graduate Union, the 35th iTalk about transnational job experience sharing was successfully held in Room B570 of Lee Shau Kee Science and Technology Building.

     With the theme "Be a Globalised Citizen in Tsinghua---Transnational Job Sharing Experience for the Future" and hosted by Lu Xinyi, a 2020 Ph.D. student from the Department of Engineering Physics, this talk was joined by Yu Zhou, a 2017 master student of Schwarzman College of Tsinghua University and Mina Kobayashi (Japan), a 2019 master student of the Department of Psychology of Tsinghua University, and Kateryna Zinovska (Ukraine), a 2019 master student of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. And the special guest was Zhou Dawei, Chairman of Beijing Weiye Culture Technology Co., Ltd. They shared what they experienced and what they thought on transnational employment. More than 30 people participated in this event.

01 周大炜

       周大炜师兄不仅是北京炜业文化科技有限公司董事长，同时是利比里亚国务部经济顾问，也是非洲青年经济贸易合作组织亚洲区域秘书长。他常年奔走于中非之间，他分享了自己对中非商业合作作出的努力，他生动有趣的讲解，让我们对非洲这块神秘的土地心生向往，同时对于跨国就业不再陌生和畏惧。

   Zhou David is not only the chairman of Beijing Weiye Culture Technology Co., Ltd., but also an economic adviser to the Ministry of State of Liberia, and the secretary-general of the African Youth Economic and Trade Cooperation Organization in Asia. He has been running between China and Africa all the year round. He shared his efforts on China-Africa business cooperation. His vivid and interesting explanations made us yearn for the mysterious land of Africa. At the same time, he is no longer unfamiliar and afraid of transnational employment.

                                                                   02 虞 宙

     虞宙师兄毕业于清华大学苏世民书院，现任联合国开发计划署(United Nations Development Programme,UNDP)亚太局项目管理支持官员。他展示了清华大学苏世民书院2019级毕业照，同时分享了自己在清华学习期间的收获和趣事，让同学们倍感亲切。同时他对工作选择和工作调换的经验分享，也让大家收获颇丰。

   Yu Zhou graduated from Schwarzman College of Tsinghua University and is currently a project management support officer of the Asia-Pacific Bureau of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He showed the graduation photos of Schwarzman College of Tsinghua University in 2019, and shared his gains and interesting stories during his study at Tsinghua University, which made the students feel much cordial. At the same time, he shared his experience in job selection and job exchange, which has also been very rewarding for everyone. 

                                                   03 美李进 Kateryna Zinovska

       美李进师姐（师妹）现就读于清华大学经管学院。这位小学姐虽然和我们年级相近，但她的经历以及想法和观念都令人敬佩。她曾任麦肯锡商业分析实习生，并且是北京文化传媒公司创始人。她开朗热情的性格，传奇的经历深深感染了现场的同学们。

   Kateryna Zinovska is currently studying at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. Although she is about the same age as us, her experience, ideas and concepts are admirable. She used to be a McKinsey business analysis intern and was the founder of Beijing Culture Media Company. Her cheerful and enthusiastic character, and her legendary experience deeply affected the students.

                                               04 小林美奈 Kobayashi Mina

       小林美奈学姐就读于清华社会科学学院心理学系。她不仅讲述了自己跨专业就业过程遇到的困难和收获，而且分享了自己求职的心路历程，一下拉进同学们的距离，也使很多求职过程不顺利的小伙伴受到鼓舞重燃信心。

     Kobayashi Mina is studying at the Department of Psychology, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University. She not only talked about the difficulties and gains she encountered in the process of inter-professional employment, but also shared her own journey of job hunting. What she shared made the students present feel more familiar with her and rekindled the confidence of many friends who were not smooth in the job hunting process. 

       每位嘉宾分享后，同学们积极参与，踊跃提问，向学长学姐们发问，并进行了激烈的讨论。活动最后，向嘉宾赠送礼品并进行合影留念。

   After the sharing session, the students actively raised their questions to the guests, and had a heated discussion. At the end of the event, gifts were presented to the guests and a group photo was taken.
