Program Overview
Tsinghua School of Economics and Management’s Masters Degree in Management (MiM) Program is the first MiM program in China. Integrated from four previous master’s programs in Business Strategy, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, MiM is a general Master’s program with bilingual (Chinese and English) instruction.
MiM students are expected to attain knowledge systematically through a set of advanced economics and management courses. They learn every aspect of economics and management, including strategy, cross-cultural management, applied economics, macro- and micro-finance, fundamentals of management, leadership, ethics and communications. The curriculum requires profound analytical skills and demands intense hands-on practice.

The Joint Master’s Program offers more courses in English for students, enhancing their bilingual communication skills for the business perspective, and the exchange of Tsinghua students and foreign students from 28 top business or management schools around the world enhances cross-cultural understanding and global business skills. The program also provides exclusive overseas internship opportunities for Tsinghua students, hopefully leading to full-time job offers.
