清华大学学生全球胜任力发展指导中心（CGCD）、清华大学学生全球胜任力提升协会和SCOLAR Network将合作举办清华大学模拟上合组织青年会议。会议将于2019年11月23日举行，将包含两场委员会会议，主题为下：
1）国家首脑会议：“上合组织成员国青年发起的跨文化交流”。
2）国家协调员理事会：“高等教育外交”。
Dear friends!
The Center for Global Competence Development (CGCD) at Tsinghua University, in cooperation with Global Practice Association, Tsinghua University and SCOLAR Network,invites students of Tsinghua University to participate in the “Model SCO” at THU Youth Conference. The event will take place on November 23rd 2019. The conference will consist of two committees and following topics:
1)Heads of States Council: “Youth-initiated cross-cultural exchange among SCO countries”.
2)National Coordinators Council: “Higher education diplomacy”.
“模拟上合组织” （MSCO）是模仿上合组织会议和首脑会议，由有兴趣研究和研究上合组织会议职能和运作的年轻专业人士举办的教育会议，追求教育目的，为代表们提供学习国际关系和外交的机会，提高公众演讲和写作能力，与上海合作组织其他国家的留学生会面，从而进行团队合作，学习双赢方法，带动讨论，开发新的想法和项目。
“Model SCO” (MSCO) is educational conference, which imitates SCO meetings and summits and run on by young professionals interested in studying and researching the functions and operations of the SCO. The conference pursues educational purpose and gives delegates an opportunity to study International relations and diplomacy, improve public speaking and writing skills, meet international students from other SCO countries, work in team, and learn win-win approaches, lead discussions and develop new ideas and projects.
清华大学上合组织青年会议的基本准则与SCOLAR Network单独举办的上合组织青年会议的准则相同：
-代表应代表上海合作组织成员国和观察员国
-代表应分享代表该国年轻人的想法
-达成共识是主要的决策手段
-会议语言为英语
The principles of MSCO derive from SCO official protocol and basically repeat the actual summits of organization
- Delegates shall represent SCO member and observer states
- Delegates shall share the ideas of representing country’s young people
- Consensus is the main decision-making tool
- The language of the conference is English
谁可以参加?
Who can participate?
✦来自清华的35岁以下的学生和专业人士
✦选拔过程中,每一成员国将选出两名代表而每一观察员国选出一名代表参加青年会议。
✦Students and young professionals of Tsinghua University aged under 35.
✦From the selection process, 2 delegates from each member state and 1 delegate from each observer state will be selected to participate in the youth conference.
奖项设置
Prizes and rewards
所有与会代表将获得正式参与证书。表现杰出的代表们，将被授予特别奖项，下列为获奖名称及数量:
1.最佳青年代表(第1和第2名)
2.最佳演讲(第1和第2名)
All delegates at the conference will be awarded with certificates of participation. Special prizes will be awarded for exceptional performance in the following categories:
1. Best delegate representation (1st and 2nd places)
2. Best formal speech (1st and 2nd places)

The Center for Global Competence Development (CGCD) at Tsinghua University, was founded in April, 2018. CGCD is dedicated to providing guidance, support and resources for all Tsinghua students on global competence development, and to promoting the integration of global competence development into the university-wide student cultivation process.
清华大学学生全球胜任力提升协会（Global Practice Association， 简称GPA）成立于2018年9月，以“提高清华学生的全球意识，提供文化交流机会，并激励他们自觉发展自己的全球胜任力”为宗旨，通过一系列的活动、峰会、实践和其他相关项目。协会每个月定期举办1-2次与校内外优秀企业家、著名学者交流思想的围炉座谈和讲座，此外还主办清华校园里的公益创业比赛。
Founded in September 2018, the Tsinghua University Student Global Practice Association's mission is to improve the global competency of Tsinghua students, provide opportunities for cultural exchanges, and motivate them to hold themselves accountable in developing their awareness of pressing world issues. Global Practice Association (GPA) empowers students to put global competency into practice by organizing a host of events, summits, social practices, and other related activities. The Association regularly holds 1-2 fireside chats and lectures with outstanding entrepreneurs and famous scholars inside and outside the university every month. In addition, GPA organizes the largest social entrepreneurship competition in Tsinghua University.
上合国家青年平台SCOLAR Network是一个旨在增强上海合作组织国家青年领袖间的相互联系、促进对话与区域性合作的青年平台。
Молодежная платформа стран ШОС SCOLAR Network объединяет молодых лидеров из 18 стран Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС), с целью усилить связи, стимулировать диалог и способствовать региональному развитию.
SCOLAR Network is a platform aimed at bringing together young leaders from 18 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries to strengthen connectivity, promote dialogue, and contribute to regional development.
