Some Fundamental Human Imperfections and Implied Imperfections in Markets

Introduction
Professor Shiller will discuss comparisons between the American and Chinese markets within the context of his books Irrational Exuberance, Animal Spirits, Phishing for Phools, and Narrative Economics.
