Mr. Dato' Zainuddin Bin Yahya was appointed as the Ambassador Malaysia to the People's Republic of China in 2015. He holds Bachelor of Economy (Hons.) from University of Malaya.

Working as Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in 1983 and has been in charge of diplomatic affairs. He served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Malaysia, the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations, etc. He has also served as Ambassador of Malaysia to Syria, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
