Program Introduction
Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zurich) is one of the two industrial universities founded by the Swiss Federal Government in 1460. It is consistently ranked among the top universities in the world, and often the best 5 for engineering, science and technology. 21 Nobel Laureates came from ETH Zurich including Albert Einstein and Wolfgang Pauli, as well as 1 Fields Medal and 21 Pritzker Prize winners. The student community is approaching 20,000 the members come from more than 110 countries. The majority of graduate courses are conducted in English, encompassing the following areas: Engineeing Science, Architecture, Mathematics and Natural Science, Earth and Envrionmental Science, Management and Social Science.

In the past, students from Tsinghua’s Department of Automotion, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electronic Engineering, Materials Science and School of Environment have taken part in this exchange program.
