Tokyo Institute of Technology - Exchange Program

Program Introduction
Tokyo Tech is the top university for science and technology in Japan with a history spanning more than 130 years. The University consists of School of Science, School of Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology, School of Computing, School of Life Science and Technology and School of Environment and Technology.
The university has approximately 9700 students enrolled in total, among whom 800 are students from overseas. Tokyo Tech offers YSEP taught in English and ACAP taught in Japanese for international students to attend. Students enrolled in this exchange are eligible to conduct research in local enterprises, factories and laboratories.
In the past, students from Precision Instruments and the Academy of Art have taken part in this exchange.

Basic Requirements
Undergraduate students can only apply for ACAP (Academic Cooperation Agreement Program). There are prerequisite conditions for certain courses, students should check with host University before applying.
